Project Overview
Prospace Digital was appointed by the National Empowerment Fund (NEF) to provide website development and digital services for a portfolio of businesses supported through the NEF's entrepreneurship and empowerment programmes.
The project involved developing professional online platforms for a batch of small businesses that required a stronger digital presence as part of the resources provided to them.
In a period of 3 months, Prospace Digital successfully delivered 60 websites for beneficiary businesses.
Our Approach
Prospace Digital managed the website development process from requirements gathering through to deployment, working directly with the NEF team and individual business beneficiaries to understand their respective businesses, collect content and deliver websites aligned with their requirements.
The project required Prospace to manage multiple businesses and different requirements simultaneously while maintaining consistent delivery standards and project timelines.
Scope of Services
The programme included:

Technology & Platforms
To accommodate the different requirements and budgets of the participating businesses, Prospace Digital utilised a variety of web development platforms, technologies and tools rather than applying a single technology stack across every project.
This allowed each website to be developed using an approach appropriate to the individual business while maintaining professional standards for usability, security, hosting and ongoing support.
Project Delivery
A key component of the project was stakeholder coordination. Prospace Digital worked closely with both the NEF team and the individual beneficiaries to obtain the necessary business information, content and materials required for each website.
The project was delivered within the required December 2024–March 2025 period, with all 52 websites successfully completed. The client specifically noted Prospace Digital's ability to meet project specifications and deadlines, as well as its communication and coordination with the beneficiary businesses.
Project Outcome
The project provided 60Â small and growing businesses with professional digital platforms, enabling them to establish or strengthen their online presence.
Beyond website development, Prospace Digital delivered a broader digital enablement package incorporating web development, hosting, domains, SEO, graphic design, security and business email services.
The project demonstrates Prospace Digital's ability to manage and deliver large-scale, multi-client digital programmes, while providing each participating business with a solution tailored to its individual requirements.
