PO Verification Platform – From Concept to Live Digital Platform
Project Overview
Prospace Digital conceptualised, researched, designed and developed a digital Purchase Order (PO) Verification Platform to address the challenges organisations face when verifying the authenticity and validity of purchase orders.
The project began as an idea and was taken through the complete product development lifecycle — from initial research and requirements analysis to system architecture, development, testing, deployment and launch of a fully functional live platform.

The Solution

The solution was designed with scalability in mind, allowing for future integration with OCR technologies, third-party systems, APIs and enterprise procurement environments.
